LoopFX services come standard with full Natural Voice Technology IVR phone notifications,
variable contact trigger emails and SMS notifications. For an additional unit cost per mailer,
mail notifications can also be provided, ensuring customers are reached through every possible
medium of contact. We also provide custom integration and consulting.

LoopFX phone notifications can be event driven, triggered by changing conditions within
your business, or messages can be sent at regularly scheduled intervals, without any manual
interaction with the system. Once LoopFX services have been initialized, messages will be
transmitted automatically and on time, every time. Call content will be customized to identify
your business, and IVR call technology is used to interact custom surveys with your customers.

LoopFX email notifications follow the same trigger pattern as phone notifications, with the
addition that emails include unique template business graphic design, artwork and presentation
to distinguish your messages from SPAM to your customers. Business logo and ID branding is
included for all email notifications.

Text notifications are provided to customers to trigger off your customer contact data to
ensure customers are never missed in a vital notification.
